Discover comfortable accommodation in our two stylish apartments, located in the same house on a spacious property. By booking both apartments, you get the entire house for yourself—an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and comfort.

Each apartment is accessible from a spacious shared hallway, where you'll find a convenient electric dryer for shoes, ski boots, and wet clothing. Secure electronic locks with code access ensure a hassle-free and seamless check-in, with all instructions provided before your arrival.

For maximum convenience, our apartments also feature a smart home system, allowing you to control heating, outdoor blinds, and other devices directly from a tablet in the living room.

Each apartment includes a spacious living room with direct access to a terrace, three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms with a toilet, and an additional separate WC. The apartments are spread across two floors, providing plenty of space for both relaxation and entertainment.

Each apartment is fully equipped for your comfort. You’ll have access to a modern kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, electric kettle, toaster, contact grill, electric whisk, hand blender, and kitchen scale. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is ready for you!

For outdoor relaxation, the terraces are furnished with comfortable seating and a charcoal grill, perfect for summer evenings with family or friends.

If you're traveling with children, we’re happy to provide extra beds for older kids (150x65 cm), foldable cribs with bedding, high chairs, a potty, and a step stool to ensure your little ones’ comfort.

For your convenience, each apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. High-speed Wi-Fi and TVs with a wide selection of channels, including Netflix, are, of course, included.

Parking is available directly on the property, with four parking spaces and charging options for e-bikes and electric cars.

APARTMENT PĚKNÁ VYHLÍDKA

The main room on the ground floor is the living room, featuring a pellet stove, dining area, and a kitchen nook. It is equipped with a sofa bed (130x192 cm) and a fold-out couch. From the living room, you can step out onto a spacious sunny terrace with a stunning view.

On the ground floor, there is also a separate room with a comfortable single bed (90x200 cm) and a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm). One room includes a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm), and the other has a futon bed (140x190 cm).

One of the bedrooms features a large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, while the other bathroom, with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, is accessible from the hallway.

The apartment provides absolute comfort for 5 adults and 4 children on sofa beds, plus small children without a bed requirement or in baby cots. If you don’t mind sleeping on a sofa bed (in the bedroom or living room) or a fold-out couch in the living room, more adults can, of course, also be accommodated.

APARTMENT U LÍPY

The living room with a dining area and kitchen nook on the ground floor is equipped with two fold-out sofas with beds (160x200 cm). From the living room, you can step out onto a spacious terrace shaded by an impressive linden tree.

The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and another separate WC.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—two with king-size beds (180x200 cm), and the third has two separate beds that can be combined into a comfortable double bed without a gap (160x200 cm). Two extra beds for children (150x65 cm) can be added to the bedrooms.

The upper floor also features a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer.

This apartment offers absolute comfort for 6 adults and 2 children on extra beds, plus small children without a bed requirement or in baby cots. If you don’t mind sleeping on the very comfortable fold-out sofas in the living room, more adults can, of course, be accommodated.
